India's Spiritual Secret !

SILENCE
beyond the
MIND

Beyond the mind a secret lies,
A secret that is of Yoga,
Not reached by talk or by thought
Or when gripped by Moha.
_
The definition Patanjali gives,
"chitta vritti nirodha",
Emphasises that Mind alone
Is the block to Yoga.
_
On activity that is exhibited,
On desires that hide,
On what is of Past and Future,
The present cannot ride.
_
The present bears the Presence
Of which, the mind, can tire.
All mental activity It must kill,
To reveal the Eternal Fire.
_
Tarry not, Seekers of Truth !
Reach beyond the mind !
Knowledge of Truth is not had
In what the mind can find.

In_
It is beyond Space and Time,
Beyond Eternity too,
Surpass the mind to reach It
For, It is in You!
