Is the Presence which we can feel,
If we, being detached from all else,
Selves, from appearances, we steal.

Awareness of the present, as reality,
With no thought of the future or past,
Awareness of feeling "here and now",
With psychic pranayama, when cast:

See not into the past nor the future,
Let only "Invisible Present" please,
The seeing here is "feeling" of seeing,
Where thought is not, only feeling is.
